Elizabeth is the Senior Manager for Indigenous Land-Based Learning and Product Innovation at Old Growth Solutions, a Native Plants Educator with the Native Plants and Foods Institute, and a Traditional Plants Specialist for Taproot Travel Co. A member of the Spokane Tribe, she focuses on advancing tribal food sovereignty through education on traditional plant medicines and foods.

Driven by a passion for community empowerment, Elizabeth co-developed the Tend, Gather, and Grow Curriculum and regularly facilitates train-the-trainer workshops to expand land-based education. She teaches medicine-making and Indigenous foods classes in tribal communities across the Pacific Northwest and currently consults on Traditional Indian Medicine and garden design with the Seattle Indian Health Board.
