Gabi Pineda is a Director of Product and Design, an enrolled member of the Comanche Nation, and Hispanic. Her work has spanned architecture firms, professional sports, higher education, and nonprofits—work that's taught her as much about people as it has about design.

Gabi shapes how every venture in Old Growth Solutions' portfolio looks, feels, and shows up in the world. She's led creative direction on internal and external brands, full event design for an Indigenous foods conference, and currently leads development of a new app. Her early career included a brand refresh at Southern Methodist University, aimed at attracting more students from underrepresented communities, and a role as Creative Director at IllumiNative, a national leader in reshaping Native representation in media and culture. She also spent time at Mission Minded, a strategy and branding firm, crafting visuals that gave mission-driven organizations a clearer voice.

For Gabi, good design has never been about aesthetics alone. It's about paying attention—to the research, the story, and the people underneath. That's what she brings to every project and what she’ll bring to what's next.
