Kim Gaffi is a trainer and curriculum developer with the Native Plants & Foods Institute and served as a member of the Tend, Gather, and Grow curriculum development team. She has decades of experience in land-based education and food system innovation.

Kim is committed to work that heals our relationship to the natural world and brings her passion for experiential education and food justice and her skills in group facilitation, organizational development and K-12 educational reform to that work. She earned her BA in Community Development and BS in Environmental Science from The Evergreen State College. She is the Co-Founder and past Executive Director of GRuB (Garden Raised Bounty), a community-supported organization in Olympia, WA, where she designed educational programs that support young people in caring for themselves and their community.
