Nora Frank-Buckner, MPH, is a Venture Architect at Old Growth Solutions and an Indigenous food systems and public health strategist who builds partnerships, consulting engagements, and mission-aligned ventures rooted in community priorities.

At Old Growth Solutions, Nora serves as a Venture Architect, helping shape consulting engagements, cultivate strategic partnerships, originate new opportunities, and explore mission-aligned ventures. She brings a systems lens to business development, opportunity design, project strategy, and collaborative delivery - connecting partners, ideas, and resources to move promising work from concept to action.

Nora also serves as Director of Food Sovereignty and Native Food Economy at Feed 7 Generations. An enrolled member of the Nez Perce Tribe and direct descendant of the Klamath Tribes, she brings more than a decade of experience across Indigenous food sovereignty, public health, coalition building, Native food economies, and culturally grounded systems change. Her work centers durable partnerships and practical pathways that strengthen communities, enterprises, and regional food systems.
