Savannah Romero is the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer and an enrolled member of the Eastern Shoshone Tribe. Her work has spanned congressional policy, movement building, narrative strategy, strategic communications, and organizational and business development.
Savannah Romero is a strategist, entrepreneur, and systems builder dedicated to growing Indigenous-led enterprises that create lasting economic, cultural, and community impact. As Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at Old Growth Solutions, she leads the development of ventures, partnerships, and growth strategies that transform Indigenous knowledge into scalable businesses. She co-founded The BLIS Collective, helping grow the organization into a $6 million enterprise in just two years, and co-founded Taproot Travel Co., an Indigenous tourism company creating market-ready cultural experiences through partnerships with leading tourism operators like FRS Clipper. Throughout her career, Savannah has advised Fortune 500 companies, governments, nonprofits, and Tribal organizations on strategy, marketing, strategic communications, partnership development, and systems change. Her work is rooted in the belief that Indigenous values offer a powerful blueprint for building resilient enterprises, attracting investment, and creating long-term prosperity.
